We offer different subscription options depending on your injury and goals. You'll find an overview of our plans here. Switch your monthly plan or cancel your membership anytime!
Using insurance: We accept cash upfront, but are able to provide you with a superbill that you can take to your insurance to get reimbursed for the care you received from us. If you need assistance submitting a superbill to your insurance company, let us know and we would be happy to help. To request a superbill, email evelyn@netic.health
To pick your plan, log into your account at app.netic.health, click the Settings icon at the top right > Account. Scroll down to Subscription and click “Choose your subscription plan to continue”.
To modify your plan, log into your account at app.netic.health, click the Settings icon at the top right > Account. Scroll down to Subscription and click Manage > then Update Plan to find all our plan options and select a new one.
You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply log into your account at app.netic.health, click the Settings icon at the top right > Account. Scroll down to Subscription and click Manage > then Cancel Plan.
1. Refer a friend and you’ll both receive 40$ off your next monthly subscription. To refer someone, please send them this link: https://go.netic.health/refer.
2. Receive a superbill to get reimbursed by your insurance. The reimbursement amount will depend on your out-of-network benefits. To request a superbill, please reach out to evelyn@netic.health
Virtual healthcare is on the rise, and physical therapy is no exception. In collaboration with our expert clinical team we have created a scientifically proven model of care that is more accessible, affordable, and efficient than most traditional PT, and all from the comfort of your own home. In addition to physical therapy sessions over Zoom, Netic’s online platform offers 24/7 chat with your PT so you can ask questions about your personalized exercise program, mileage, shoe-ware, and how your injury is progressing in between visits. Our holistic approach also addresses other factors that will impact your recovery, such as nutrition, stress, and sleep.
Please fill out the Patient History Form and Emergency Contact Form on app.netic.health before your first appointment with your PT. You'll find the Zoom link for your first session in the booking confirmation email you received.
Please be aware of the following:
Lighting: we want to make sure your PT can see you clearly!
- Make sure you are well-lit
- No window behind you
Mobility: your PT will ask you to move your camera around during your session
- Ideally you will use a laptop or a desktop computer with moveable webcam
Clothing: comfortable clothes that allow your PT to observe contours well
- We recommend a pair of shorts & a t-shirt/tank, or your everyday running clothes
- Having your running shoes handy could also be useful for your 1st session
Equipment: depending on what equipment you already have at home, you could bring
- Yoga mat (nice to have)
- Foam roller/resistance band/lacrosse ball (nice to have)

To book your next session with your physical therapist, log into your account at app.netic.health and click the calendar icon next to your PT's name.
You can book additional sessions (outside of what is included in your plan) for $99/session, which will be charged at the end of the month. Switching to a higher subscription plan may be more cost-effective, so let us know if you’d like to do that instead.
We will bill you right after you’ve had your 1st session. If you need a superbill for insurance, please reach out to evelyn@netic.health, we'll get that to you shortly after your session(s) have taken place for that month.
If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), we also accept this form of payment instead of a credit card.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can cancel/reschedule a session by going to the email booking confirmation you initially received. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a fifty dollar ($50) fee; this will not be covered by your insurance company.
