What's your favorite inspirational quote?

"It is necessary to dig deep within oneself to discover the hidden grain of steel called will." -Ryan Shay

What's your physical therapy philosophy?

I work with patients to find the root cause of the problem and build some base strength to prevent future injuries so they can return to what they love and achieve their highest potential.

Tell us what motivates you to do what you do at Netic?

Getting runners back to what they love to do and helping them reach their goals!

What was your best or hardest race?

Although it was not a race, completing the Appalachian Trail was the hardest thing I ever completed. It was as much of a mental challenge as it was physical. I woke up in weather ranging from 20 degrees and snowing to 90 degrees with no shade to pouring rain and flooding but had to hike anyway. Making it to the top of Mount Katahdin with a beautiful view felt like finishing the longest and hardest race of my life and was the most rewarding experience.
