"do or do not, there is no try."
My focus is on injury prevention and working with patient's to determine the root/initial cause of their injuries in order to mitigate risk in the future!
I love helping patient's remain active and continuing doing what they love with a better understanding of their body and it's biomechanics!
I had a pelvic stress fracture when I started training for triathlons initially. I took the time needed to let my body rest, began taking continuing education courses on coaching and endurance training, and created a program for myself moving forward to ensure appropriate progression and injury prevention.
