What's your physical therapy philosophy?

My favorite quote is...

What motivates you to do what you are doing at Netic?

1. The amazing and collaborative team at Netic

2. The ability to connect with runners and to help them do one of my greatest passions: running

What's your worst injury and how did you get over it?

Cumulative trauma's to my left knee (MCL/ACL skiing injuries 1995, left quadriceps cycling contusion impact injury 2006), which both led to lateral patellofemoral cartilage breakdown. I'm currently post-op for a left knee MACI's procedure, working on my own return to running progression and return to sport. It has given me great insight being on both sides of the treatment table this past year!
